Shipping & Made-to-Order Production

Most Tinkerers Fable products are manufactured after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Made-to-order production

Estimated production times are shown on individual product pages. Because each item is printed and inspected individually, a print may occasionally need to be restarted or reprinted after quality control. If this causes a significant delay, we will contact you.

Colours shown on screen are representative. Small differences can occur between displays and filament batches.

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch within the stated production estimate and to deliver within any period agreed with you. Unless a different period has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact Tinkerersfable@gmail.com promptly. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Delays and lost parcels

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after dispatch. If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe a parcel has been lost, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

Large or custom prints

Our normal planning limit is up to approximately 250 × 250 mm per printed component. Larger requests may need to be produced as multiple parts and assessed individually before an order is accepted.

International orders

Where international delivery is offered, the available destination and shipping charge will be shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on the destination. Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
