What you receive

One finished physical 3D-printed 100 mm lithophane globe in your chosen colour. The illuminated display stand, LED holder, LED puck, batteries and power supply are not included. Stands are being separately tested and are not currently available to purchase.

Choose your lithophane colour

Our recommended finishes are Yellow, White, Marble and Bone White. These are the best choices for predictable image clarity and contrast. Cherry Red has also been printed successfully, but the colour can affect the appearance of fine details. Other colours may be requested by contacting the workshop; image sharpness and translucency cannot be guaranteed outside our recommended finishes. Rainbow PLA is currently an experimental finish and is not yet a standard purchasing option.

Made to order in the UK

Each globe is 3D printed in our UK workshop. Allow approximately 3–5 working days for printing and quality checks before dispatch; large orders or special colour requests may take longer. UK tracked delivery is available, with carrier transit time additional. Standard globes can be ordered now, subject to availability of your selected colour.

Display and safety

Use only a separate low-heat battery-operated LED for illumination. Never use a real flame, hot bulb or real tealight candle with a printed globe. A suitable compatible stand and light must be sourced separately until our own holders have completed physical testing.

Fine layer texture is a natural part of 3D printing, and lit image contrast varies with colour, filament and viewing conditions. Any artwork labelled concept or illustration is not a photograph of a finished product. No STL, 3MF or digital model files are supplied.
